How files and contact information are handled.

The core tools are designed to minimize unnecessary server-side file processing.

Image and PDF tools

The compressor, resizer, image converter, PDF optimizer, PDF merger, images-to-PDF and PDF-to-image tools process selected files in the browser. This implementation does not intentionally upload those file contents to an application processing server.

OCR

Images and recognized OCR text are processed in the browser. Tesseract JavaScript, WebAssembly and English language resources are loaded when needed. Recognized text is not intentionally sent to advertising services.

Background removal

The selected image stays in the browser. First use downloads browser runtime/model resources from the configured model host. Those resource downloads are separate from your selected image.

QR codes

URL, text, Wi-Fi and contact payloads are encoded and verified locally. QR payloads are not intentionally logged by the application.

Contact and email updates

When the on-site email service is enabled, form submissions are sent through the configured delivery provider. Otherwise, the Contact page opens a draft in your own email application; no message is transmitted through Toolmintly until you choose to send it. Tool use itself does not require an email address.

Traffic analytics and cookies

Toolmintly uses Google Analytics 4 (Google tag G-GYP4YQF407) to measure visits, page views and how people find and use the site. Google Analytics may process technical information such as your browser, device, approximate location and interactions, and may use cookies or similar identifiers subject to your browser settings. This helps us improve the tools and site navigation. Google processes analytics information under its own privacy terms; learn more at Google Privacy Policy. You can adjust your browser's cookie settings or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on where supported.

Cloudflare may also provide network, security and aggregate traffic information as part of hosting and protection. If Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled, it measures aggregate site usage. Selected files, generated outputs, OCR text and QR payloads are not intentionally included in analytics events.

Display fonts

Our interface uses DM Sans and Space Grotesk, which are requested from Google Fonts. Your browser may connect to Google's font servers to download those files. If remote fonts are unavailable or blocked, the site displays system fallback fonts instead.

Temporary browser data

Previews and generated results can use temporary object URLs and in-memory data. Tool components release these resources when results are removed, cleared or the page is closed where supported.
